Job Overview

Position Title: Donor Relations Coordinator

Life Network is dedicated to fostering a community that cherishes life through the teachings of Christ.

This role seeks an individual with a vibrant and personable demeanor, adept at cultivating relationships while promoting partnership opportunities within the ministry. Collaborating closely with the Director of Donor Relations and the Advancement Team, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our ministry partner connections. The ideal applicant will be comfortable engaging with both new and prospective donors through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Monthly Partnership Program:

  • Welcome and engage new monthly partners into the ministry's Partners for Life initiative.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with monthly partners through calls, emails, and other correspondence, expressing sincere appreciation.
  • Encourage one-time supporters to transition into monthly partners under the guidance of the Director of Donor Relations.

New Donor Engagement:

  • Follow up and nurture relationships with new donors in collaboration with the Director of Donor Relations.
  • Distribute welcome packets to new donors and conduct thank-you calls.

Ongoing Donor Relations Support:

  • Manage communication with donors receiving ministry prayer requests and oversee the texting communication platform.
  • Coordinate donor outreach during Thanksgiving.
  • Support the distribution of special year-end gifts to donors.
  • Assist the Director of Donor Relations as needed.
  • Provide support for advancement and events, particularly leading up to significant occasions.
  • Participation in major ministry events is required from all staff members.

Classification

This is a part-time position requiring 24 hours per week. Compensation is competitive.
