Larson Maddox is a leading independent reinsurance intermediary seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join their dynamic contracts team.
Job Summary:
The Contracts Administrator will play a key role in supporting contract drafters and collaborating with different departments to enhance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review contracts and associated documents for renewal, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Proofread and edit contracts and related paperwork, maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
- Generate PDF versions of contracts as directed by the team, utilizing MS Word and other software tools.
- Coordinate with broker teams to determine document readiness, facilitating efficient communication and collaboration.
- Monitor contract status and follow up when necessary, ensuring timely completion and resolution of issues.
- Organize fully executed documents into consolidated files, maintaining a secure and organized digital repository.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a professional environment (3-5 years), with a strong background in contract administration.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, with experience in generating and editing contracts.
- Familiarity with other MS Office tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint, to support data analysis and presentation.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
