We are seeking a dedicated Customer Engagement Specialist to become a vital part of our team at Planet Fitness - PFNoCritics. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding service to our members while ensuring a clean and secure environment within the gym.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check-in members as they arrive at the facility.
- Support new member registrations and provide tours of the gym.
- Keep the gym clean and well-organized.
- Handle incoming calls and address member questions.
