- Supervise and mentor social services staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to enhance patient care and services.
- Bachelor's degree in social work or human services required.
- Must possess any certifications/licensures as required by state of employment to practice in long-term care.
