Job Overview

We are a leading HVAC/R wholesale distributor seeking a skilled Territory Manager to join our sales team in Albuquerque, NM.

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding sales across a defined territory, utilizing a consultative sales process and leveraging the national buying power of over 400 stores and six regional distribution centers.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $85,000, with opportunities for commission and bonuses. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays, HSA options, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, and AD&D Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

The Territory Manager will:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow sales within their assigned territory
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and expansion
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of effective sales strategies and techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
