  • Guest Experience: Deliver an outstanding and enjoyable experience through expert hospitality.
  • Event Setup: Prepare for events and large gatherings, ensuring all arrangements, including buffet setups, signage, and special requests, are executed flawlessly.
  • Communication: Liaise with the kitchen to coordinate food service and buffet timing, ensuring everything aligns with event expectations.
  • Event Closure: Finalize events by reconciling client tabs with the event orders and processing payments accurately.
  • Event Breakdown: Manage the conclusion of events, including notifying guests, dismantling setups, and ensuring all equipment is stored properly.
  • Cleanliness: Maintain a tidy event area post-event and ensure all staff are signed out appropriately.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with your team to enhance efficiency and foster a spirit of hospitality and enjoyment.
  • Guest Engagement: Listen attentively to guests and provide personalized service that makes them feel valued.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a valid Food Handlers permit.
  • Exhibit reliability and punctuality.
  • Hold a TABC Certification.
  • Demonstrate a positive, committed, and trustworthy attitude.
  • Have a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, energetic restaurant or bar environment is preferred.
