LogixHealth is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Coding Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our coding and revenue cycle management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to internal and external communications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all operational workflow documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide operational support to the coding department, including reviewing and analyzing data reports and distributing them to the production team.
  • Prepare and assist with facilitator department meetings.
  • Collaborate with resource assistants on assignments and projects as received from the resource coordinator and resource manager.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Prior experience with MS Excel and Outlook required; Microsoft Teams experience is a plus.
  • Medical office background, coding experience, and/or certification is a plus.
