Territory Sales Manager

ICP Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with contractors and distributors in the assigned geographic region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and distributors to drive pull-through sales.
- Conduct routine distribution visits to review product sales, inventory, and merchandising promotions.
- Work with outside sales reps to maximize opportunities and facilitate training programs with contractors and distribution partners.
- Attend and develop distribution contractor events to promote ICP Group's products and services.
- Follow up on special order quotes and purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Partner with Gardner-Gibson management and sales team to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Associate's degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience as an accounts manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office suite.
- In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies.
- Proven ability to learn and articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel 20%.
