Role Overview: The Travel Coordinator will oversee all aspects of travel planning and arrangements related to the YOLA National Festival. This role is part-time and seasonal, providing an opportunity to collaborate with a passionate team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange travel logistics for faculty, staff, and student participants
  • Communicate travel information to families and participants
  • Manage travel logistics throughout the festival
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless travel experiences
  • Address any travel-related issues that may occur
  • Gather and organize receipts related to travel
  • Engage in post-festival debriefing sessions

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Experience in travel coordination
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote collaboration tools
  • Spanish language proficiency is advantageous
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment

All travel costs will be reimbursed by the organization.
