We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team at our franchise location in Greensboro, North Carolina. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
  • Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
