A Day in the Life

As a Receptionist at our franchise location, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients. You'll answer phones, greet clients, and match them with the best-suited tax professional for their needs. You'll also schedule clients, ensure their needs are met, and maintain a clean and organized office.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
