We are looking for a new sales associate to join our guest services team to deliver exceptional, personalized services to our guests. Must be excited to work in a high performing sales environment. As a Sales Associate at European Wax Center in Burlington, NC, you’ll use your expertise to ensure every moment is an opportunity for confidence You must be sales oriented and ready to educate our guests on all the benefits European Wax Center offers. Needs to have a flexible availability including; opening, closing, and weekend shifts. Scheduling is based on performance of sales associate and guest experience delivery.

Performance-based compensation plan 
Base hourly rate commission on sales
Shift requirements:
Monday - Friday | 7:30 am to 2:00 pm and/or 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Saturday | 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
Sunday | 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
In need of someone with flexible availability, shifts vary.
Responsibilities of Sales Associate:
Sales (commission based), Marketing, Front Desk Receptionist
Previous experience as a Sales Associate, Beauty Advisor, or similar role
Customer service experience in retail stores is a plus
Passion for the beauty industry and helping others to feel more gorgeous
