A Typical Day

As a Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you will help others by providing exceptional customer service. You will answer phones, greet clients, and match them with the best-suited tax professional for their needs. You will also schedule clients and ensure their needs are met during service.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office
