A Typical Day...

As a Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you'll focus on delivering exceptional client experiences. You'll match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs, schedule appointments, and ensure all client needs are met during service. You'll also maintain office cleanliness and organization with your team members.

Your Expertise:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Sales/marketing experience
What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
  • Other duties as assigned
