About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at H&R Block. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and greet clients in a personalized and friendly manner
  • Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule clients according to their preferences
  • Ensure all client needs are met during service
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization
Requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
