Job Summary

Safilo USA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Eyewear Sales Representative to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for soliciting and procuring orders of Safilo USA product lines within your assigned geographical area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a business consultant to Safilo customers, providing product knowledge, technology, and pricing expertise to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with customers to execute corporate plans, negotiate strategies, and meet business objectives.
  • Deliver on volume and net sales objectives for all Safilo portfolio of products.
  • Implement the sustainable Safilo Sales Model with strategic customers to drive growth and profitability.
  • Partner with the local synergy team to coordinate business and customer relationships.
  • Develop and adhere to an effective call cycle to achieve desired service frequency to Safilo customer accounts.
  • Manage company resources to ensure efficient and effective deployment to achieve and exceed volume and net sales objectives.
  • Monitor and measure achievement against territory objectives and implement strategies to maximize performance.
  • Motivate and support customers to maximize the sale of the Safilo portfolio of products.
  • Build strong working relationships with Safilo customers at all levels.
  • Drive assortment plans with customers and ensure brand visual merchandising standards are met.
  • Cultivate the existing customer base and prospect for new potential customers.
  • Monitor customers' payment cycles and credit history.
