  • 3+ years of experience in automotive sales
  • Experience in auto dealership or auto financing preferred
  • 1+ year of management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant car sales management experience is highly valued

  • Strong influence and decision-making skills
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
