Business Development Manager

Are you passionate about education access and corporate partnerships? Do you have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with corporate partners?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager, responsible for cultivating new corporate partnerships, stewarding existing relationships, and driving revenue growth for our school program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead revenue growth efforts to generate a minimum of 33% to 50% of the school's annual operating revenue.
  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to identify new corporate partners and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with the Vice President of CWSP to ensure a comprehensive approach to business development strategies.
  • Use Salesforce to organize and analyze sales and partner-related data.
  • Build and foster long-term external relationships with key community and corporate decision-makers.
  • Engage with the Jobs Committee to secure and retain top CWSP partners.
  • Provide regular updates on progress towards goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with corporate partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
