Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and innovative leader for the role of Chief Information Services Officer (CISO). This pivotal position will be responsible for shaping our IT strategy and overseeing operations to align with our organizational mission and objectives. The CISO will play a crucial role in enhancing our service delivery by developing and managing advanced IT systems that monitor and report on service outcomes, ensuring the effectiveness of our information systems across all organizational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning of the organization with a forward-looking perspective on technology.
  • Manage the design, implementation, and upkeep of a secure, dependable, and scalable information systems architecture across various locations.
  • Direct project management initiatives within the IS department to guarantee timely and cost-efficient project completion.
  • Ensure compliance of all IT systems with security policies and standards, protecting the integrity of the organization's information assets.
  • Oversee comprehensive planning and execution of all IS functions, including support for existing applications and the development of new technological solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in formulating and executing a comprehensive, enterprise-wide IT vision.
  • In-depth knowledge of information systems architecture, security protocols, and compliance standards.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a proven track record of effective budget management.
  • Collaborative leadership approach with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems engineering, or a related discipline; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma) are highly regarded.
  • A minimum of 10 years of successful experience in leading an IS/IT function.
  • Willingness to work occasional after-hours and weekends, with some travel required.
