Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive research on current trends in the cosmetics market, consumer preferences, and emerging segments within the beauty industry.
  • Contribute to the ideation and development of new product concepts.
  • Assist in the formulation of detailed program briefs and specifications for both new and existing products.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and various documentation to support project objectives.
  • Engage in the planning, management, and oversight of ongoing and new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and conceptualize innovative new product launches.
  • Support new product launch campaigns.
  • Assist the Director with various projects and initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the beauty industry or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
  • In-depth understanding of market and consumer trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; capable of leading cross-functional efforts and fostering relationships.
  • Strategic mindset with proven business acumen and the ability to formulate recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, securing support and alignment towards desired outcomes.
  • Excellent team player with a talent for building collaborative relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a strong capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.
