Job Description

**Job Title:** General Manager - Entertainment Operations

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our entertainment operations at Monster Mini Golf. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our mini golf course, arcade games, laser maze, and bowling lanes, as well as hosting exceptional kids' birthday parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of employees to ensure high levels of service and operational efficiency. Conduct training and performance evaluations.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations including mini golf, arcade, laser maze, and bowling activities. Ensure that all equipment is maintained, safe, and functioning properly.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that every guest, especially those celebrating birthdays, has an exceptional and memorable experience. Handle any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute kids' birthday parties and other special events. Ensure that all aspects of the events, from setup to execution, meet our high standards.
  • Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to boost guest attendance and increase revenue. Collaborate on promotional events and marketing initiatives.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage the budget, including expenses, payroll, and inventory. Prepare and analyze financial reports to drive profitability.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a similar environment, preferably in family entertainment or leisure activities.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
