Your Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication and coordination among general contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams across data center regions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive tracking systems for design modifications, requests for information (RFIs), and change orders, ensuring timely updates for regional leadership.
  • Review and assess Method of Procedures (MOPs) for detail, necessity, and associated risks.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new vendors, including badging and orientation.
  • Update project management tools with critical milestone dates, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Monitor the delivery of owner-furnished materials to the construction site.
  • Compile and organize construction data from various vendors for effective management.
  • Manage various checklists, including those for safety, quality, and substantial completion.

In this dynamic role, you will engage daily with construction managers and stakeholders, ensuring the high-quality and timely delivery of data center construction projects. You will be part of a collaborative team of engineers and managers dedicated to developing innovative and energy-efficient data centers.

Basic Qualifications

  • A four-year degree in a technical field such as engineering or construction management, or equivalent experience in the construction industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or engineering roles.
  • Proficiency in managing construction data, including milestone tracking and RFIs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with project management software and IT tools, including MS Office Suite and Procore.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software.
  • Experience in mission-critical data center environments.
  • Proven ability to develop workflows and tracking systems across multiple teams.
