Acquisition Program Analyst
We are looking for Acquisition Program Analysts with varying levels of expertise, possessing a robust foundation in life cycle logistics support for acquisition initiatives. The selected candidates will play a crucial role in supporting our clients. Responsibilities include:
  • Providing direct assistance to the Program Manager
  • Creating and updating necessary acquisition documentation
  • Preparing reports, briefs, and related documentation for programs within the portfolio
  • Conducting program assessments, developing Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M), and establishing program timelines
  • Supporting the Program Manager in formulating Acquisition Strategies and Plans
  • Maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule, analyzing risks, and devising mitigation strategies
  • Traveling and performing additional duties as required
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree; relevant experience in accordance with the position level
  • DAWIA Certification or equivalent training in Acquisition/Program Management is mandatory for Mid and Senior levels
  • Experience in generating acquisition documentation to facilitate program milestones is essential
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team of Government and non-Government stakeholders is crucial
  • Familiarity with MCSC policies, processes, and environments is necessary for Mid and Senior levels
  • Prior experience in supporting multiple systems throughout various phases of the acquisition cycle is preferred
  • Proficient MS Office skills are essential
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to the mission are required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with analytical abilities, are essential
  • Eligibility to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance is required
  • Experience with USMC Air Traffic Control operations is advantageous
Salary Range - $60,000 to $125,000
