Our Sales Teams serve as the public face of Quest Diagnostics, and we prioritize the development and support of their skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth within existing healthcare system accounts by identifying new sales opportunities and addressing potential service gaps.
- Foster customer loyalty by building relationships with key personnel within health systems, including decision-makers and other influential stakeholders.
- Collaborate with regional sales leadership to formulate business strategies and value propositions aimed at enhancing volume and profitability within assigned accounts.
- Educate health system staff on operational processes, including the test ordering procedure, to ensure accuracy and timeliness in transactions.
- Implement pricing adjustments and ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
- Provide immediate assistance for less complex service inquiries and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate resources, ensuring follow-up on resolutions.
- Stay informed about all connectivity products (e.g., Care 360, e-orders, e-prescribe) and new testing options.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Required Experience:
- A minimum of five (5) years of successful experience in providing services to healthcare providers.
- At least three (3) years of experience in sales.
Knowledge Requirements:
- Familiarity with reference laboratory operations, esoteric testing, and related processes.
- Understanding of the healthcare landscape, including payers and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record of excellence in client service delivery.
Education:
A Bachelor's Degree is required.
Licensing/Travel:
Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within the designated regional market.
Compensation:
The target compensation range is $145,000 to $165,000, which includes a base salary and sales incentives. There is potential for higher earnings, as sales incentives are uncapped at Quest Diagnostics. Base salary offers are determined by various factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and applicable certifications.
