About the Job

HORIZON BUSINESS SUPPORT LLC is seeking an experienced Administrative Accounting Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling multiple clients, performing data entry, and providing administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and strong communication skills. QuickBooks experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle multiple clients and perform data entry and accounts payable duties
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Scanning and filing documents in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an accounting office preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience. Additional benefits include holiday and personal time off pay, a retirement plan with company match, and more.
