Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Health Services Coordinator to join our team at New Leaf Behavioral Health.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
  • Answer phones in a professional and courteous manner, handling client inquiries and concerns.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of client information.
  • Prepare emails, letters, and documents as needed, with attention to detail and quality.
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately, using Microsoft Word and Excel software programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent administrative work experience.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in an administrative, customer-facing position; medical office experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of general office practices, procedures, and equipment, including bookkeeping software (Quickbooks Online preferred).
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Benefits:
