Administrative Support Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Highwoods Properties. As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our property management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to our property management team, including mailings, invoicing, and data entry.
- Assist with customer relations opportunities to promote open communication and trust between Highwoods and our customers.
- Support efforts to drive customer retention, reduce churn, and increase overall customer satisfaction.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as updating customer contacts, coding invoices, and distributing vendor invoices.
**Requirements:**
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 2+ years of administrative experience preferred.
- Property management experience is a plus.
**Work Environment:
This role will be based in a professional office setting, requiring regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
