**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to our property management team, including mailings, invoicing, and data entry.
  • Assist with customer relations opportunities to promote open communication and trust between Highwoods and our customers.
  • Support efforts to drive customer retention, reduce churn, and increase overall customer satisfaction.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as updating customer contacts, coding invoices, and distributing vendor invoices.

**Requirements:**

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Property management experience is a plus.

**Work Environment:

This role will be based in a professional office setting, requiring regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
