Position Overview
The Member Services Representative is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet members, prospective members, and visitors with warmth
  • Oversee front desk activities, including phone inquiries, member check-ins, new member registrations, and conducting tours for potential members
  • Update member accounts as needed
  • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus
  • Basic computer proficiency is required
  • Enthusiasm for health and fitness
  • Positive demeanor and strong communication abilities
  • Dependability and punctuality are crucial
  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
