A rapidly growing commercial flooring company, GPAC, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join their culture-driven team in the commercial industry. As a Project Manager/Estimator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects, estimating costs, and ensuring successful project completion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Conduct accurate estimations of project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to develop project plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement appropriate corrective actions.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial flooring industry
  • Strong knowledge of commercial flooring systems, materials, fabrication, and installation processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address project challenges and find effective solutions.
