What does the role of a Residential Cleaning Specialist entail?
As a Residential Cleaning Specialist, your primary duty is to maintain a pristine and hygienic atmosphere, focusing on resident living spaces and shared facilities. In this capacity, you will be responsible for:
- Completing daily tasks as scheduled while addressing additional requests as time allows.
- Promptly notifying your supervisor of any necessary repairs or special resident requests, which is a crucial part of your role.
- Performing other assigned responsibilities as needed.
What qualifications are required?
- Preferred one year of relevant experience, though not mandatory.
- Ability to safely and effectively use cleaning agents.
- Consistent ability to meet established production and quality benchmarks. Proficiency in prioritizing tasks to adhere to schedules.
- Basic English communication skills for effective interaction with residents and team members.
