Cleaning Specialist

Casco Bay Cleaning LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining a healthy and safe environment for our clients by ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of various spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily or weekly cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided.
- Coordinate with clients to determine the most suitable time for cleaning services, considering their specific needs and preferences.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and stored to guarantee optimal performance and longevity.
- Inspect work completed to ensure it meets the company's high standards and address any issues promptly.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering additional items as needed.
- Maintain open communication with the supervisory team and clients, keeping them informed of any changes or updates related to cleaning services.
Requirements:
- Flexible Availability: Ability to work full-time hours (M-F) during the day and part-time hours (M-F) at night, with potential for additional hours on weekends.
- Strong Work Ethic: A commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all aspects of the job.
- Physical Ability: Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy equipment and maneuvering cleaning supplies.
- Valid Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record, as you will be required to drive between client locations.
- Willing to train and work with the right attitude and aptitude.
Schedule:
We have some full-time days and part-time evening positions available in the area. We are looking for people who can work Monday-Friday. Some overtime on evenings may be available.
