  • Prepare accurate estimates and manage change orders, ensuring all financial aspects of the project are tracked and reported effectively.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage projects across various sectors, including pharmaceutical facilities, laboratories, educational institutions, data centers, hospitals, hotels, and large-scale arenas.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial mechanical HVAC piping and plumbing.
  • Proficiency in creating project schedules and estimating change orders.
  • Demonstrated stable work history with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the Orange County area.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects in pharma, labs, schools, data centers, hospitals, hotels, and arenas.
