**Energy Project Opportunities**

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Energy Team at AECOM. This role will involve performing project engineering and project management duties in support of senior project managers on various energy projects.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic, self-directed individual with a strong technical background and potential to develop and deliver innovative energy projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with interdisciplinary technical leads to execute projects successfully
  • Interacting with clients and training junior staff
  • Coordinating internal resources and third parties/subcontractors
  • Supporting changes to project scope, schedule, and costs to minimize risk
  • Reporting and escalating to management as needed
  • Developing budgets and performing budget updates
  • Validating Estimates to Completion
  • Maintaining project documentation control
  • Ability to work in a team environment (virtual and periodically in office)
  • Supporting development of technical proposals

**Requirements**

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Process, Electrical Engineering or closely related field
  • 4 years of relevant experience in consulting, engineering, or project management in the industrial sector

Preferred Qualifications:

  • EIT or PE license in Mechanical, Process, or Electrical Engineering or a similar field
  • Experience in design participation or project management of complex industrial projects
  • Strong fluency with Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Excel
  • Availability for occasional travel within the United States
