HVAC Delivery Specialist

Are you looking for a challenging role in a dynamic wholesale HVAC distributorship? Gemaire is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for loading, delivering, and transporting HVAC freight and materials between our established branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload products for delivery on assigned routes, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of merchandise.
- Documentation and Tracking: Collect and verify documentation for tracking purposes, returning it to the Sales Center Manager in a timely manner.
- Warehouse Support: Assist in the Warehouse with inventory counts, picking, verifying orders, and other duties as assigned.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily checks on truck maintenance and report any issues or concerns to the relevant authorities.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety requirements, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Pay Range: $17-25/hour
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a valid driver's license.
