About the Role

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Orange, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management and administration of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate project activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client requirements.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, plus 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Professional Engineer license and ability to obtain California PE within 12 months.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with business development and client relations, with a strong understanding of project development and delivery.
