We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Aimbridge Hospitality. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register guests and process check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized, and that all necessary supplies are stocked
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service and hotel operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with accuracy and efficiency
- Basic arithmetic skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
