Job Title: Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Omni San Diego Hotel. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival and departure experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process payments, handle guest complaints, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests.
Requirements:
  • Previous guest service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures and policies.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
