Life as a Front Desk Manager

As a Front Desk Manager at Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group, you will be responsible for defining and implementing front desk objectives and procedures. You will also oversee the hiring and training of staff, manage shift schedules, and supervise front desk activities, including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement front desk strategies to improve guest satisfaction and hotel operations
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Manage front desk operations, including bookings, appointments, and phone calls
  • Generate reports and feedback for presentation to the Front Office Manager
  • Perform administrative duties, such as filing and updating records
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in hospitality or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-year experience as a front desk supervisor
  • Good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Good leadership and training abilities
