About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Sales Specialist to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer adoption of our cutting-edge Generative AI services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop high-value customer opportunities within a specific territory.
  • Engage with AWS customers to understand their needs and align them with AWS Generative AI solutions.
  • Develop and execute detailed go-to-market plans to drive sales growth and customer adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
  • 5+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience.
  • 3+ years of AI/ML sales experience.
  • Experience executing detailed go-to-market plans.
  • Experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business.
