MRCs are equipped with premier service and sales training, along with pathways for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome members and deliver outstanding service
  • Advocate for products and services that enhance member experience
  • Assist with account servicing inquiries
  • Address member questions and resolve issues
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $42,600-$63,900
