POSITION TITLE: Senior HVAC Service Technician


QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on technical and supervisory experience is required.


COMPENSATION & PERKS:
First-year earnings potential ranges from $65,000 to $120,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior HVAC Service Technician, you will spearhead all service operations within your designated area, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our commercial clientele.

Your role will involve:

  • Leading a team in executing full installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, including equipment removal, ductwork repair or replacement, and refrigerant management.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues, providing recommendations for optimal solutions.
  • Collaborating with inspectors, suppliers, and team members to guarantee compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
  • Maintaining clear communication with supervisors, dispatchers, and customers throughout the service process.
  • Training and mentoring any junior technicians assigned to your team.
  • Exhibiting a positive demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 5 years of relevant technical and supervisory experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Thorough understanding of applicable federal, state, and local regulations and safety protocols.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in using electronic communication tools and applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
  • Reliable and self-driven with a commitment to year-round work.
  • Capability to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and be insurable.
