Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough physical assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Review and update patient health histories and medical records
  • Administer prescribed medications, manage wound care, and perform triage duties
  • Monitor patient reactions to treatments and collaborate with healthcare providers on care strategies
  • Oversee and assign tasks to ensure efficient patient management
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical guidelines
  • Participate in evidence-based practices and pursue professional growth
  • Implement medical protocols and deliver direct patient care services
Assessment: Execute comprehensive patient evaluations, identify unaddressed needs, and formulate tailored care plans.

Coordination: Work alongside healthcare professionals to synchronize care and enhance patient health outcomes.

Implementation / Provision of Care: Gather clinical information, administer medical treatments, and assist in clinical procedures.

Communication and Message Management: Oversee clinical communications, relay laboratory findings, and provide triage for patient inquiries.

Health Promotion & Education: Advocate for patient health, analyze health metrics, and instruct patients on their care plans.

Patient Experience: Ensure a positive patient interaction by upholding standards of quality care and service.

Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred, along with a current RN license in New York, BCLS certification, and relevant nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications: ACLS certification and strong communication abilities.
