The Opportunity
We are seeking a Broker Customer Success Manager to become a vital part of our Inside Sales team.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, focusing on supporting clients in the Great Lakes Region.

Candidate Profile
The selected candidate will engage with new customers, drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives, and nurture customer relationships within their designated territory. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas is highly desirable, as performance will be evaluated against these metrics.

This role presents a significant opportunity to contribute to customer satisfaction and retention at a pioneering SaaS company specializing in freight analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage new customers to promote long-term loyalty.
- Act as a strategic partner in achieving customer success.
- Assess the size of client operations and competitive positioning.
- Identify usage patterns of DAT services and define success metrics.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers at DAT.
- Introduce additional DAT products and solutions that enhance customer success.
- Leverage established relationships to maintain client business.
- Manage sales funnels and engage in sales discussions.
- Build customer relationships through proactive outreach.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.

Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in account management.
- Demonstrated history of surpassing sales quotas.
- Strong ability to initiate conversations and close sales.
- Excellent listening skills to identify appropriate solutions.
- Capacity to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer applications and CRM systems, preferably SalesForce.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to adhere to established processes and procedures.
- Quick learner with a comprehensive understanding of DAT products, features, and pricing.
- Commitment to teamwork and reliability in scheduled shifts.
