Position Overview

Your daily responsibilities will involve supporting brokers as they manage insurance placements, ensuring optimal coverage and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate effectively with brokers to provide superior client service.
  • Address daily service inquiries and issues related to policies, endorsements, invoicing, audits, inspections, and coverage matters.
  • Update the Agency Management system with current policy and coverage details.
  • Foster strong client relationships and work with the service and sales teams to resolve escalated issues and meet client needs.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring timely and effective interactions.
  • Strong client service focus with a sense of urgency in responding to inquiries.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
