The OpportunityWe are seeking a dedicated Broker Customer Success Manager to enhance our exceptional Inside Sales team.
This role offers the flexibility of remote work, focusing on the Great Lakes Region.
Candidate ProfileThe selected candidate will engage with new customers, promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and maintain robust customer relationships within their designated territory. Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales quotas is highly desirable, as performance will be evaluated against these benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities- Engage new customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.

- Serve as the primary contact for customers at DAT.
- Introduce additional DAT products and solutions that align with customer needs.
- Leverage established relationships to foster customer loyalty.
- Manage sales pipelines and facilitate sales discussions.
- Develop customer relationships through proactive outreach.
- Achieve and surpass monthly revenue targets.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Account Management.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong ability to initiate conversations and close sales.
- Excellent listening skills to provide tailored solutions.
- Proficient multitasking capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM systems.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Ability to adhere to established processes and procedures.
- Quick learner with a thorough understanding of DAT products and pricing.
- Commitment to teamwork and punctuality in scheduled shifts.
