Position Overview:
We are in search of a seasoned Corporate Real Estate Senior Manager to join our dynamic global corporate real estate team. This role reports directly to the head of the Americas real estate group and plays a pivotal role in executing strategic and transformative real estate initiatives throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lease Portfolio Management:
    Oversee and track lease expirations and critical deadlines. Collaborate with business leaders to enhance portfolio performance. Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, presentations, and recommendations. Engage with brokers and service providers to refine lease strategies. Lead negotiations for new properties, lease renewals, and terminations. Conduct regular portfolio assessments and performance evaluations.
  • Project Management:
    Guide project teams and internal stakeholders to clarify business requirements. Manage multiple projects from identification through to completion, including site selection, design, planning, and construction. Maintain project scope, budget, and timelines. Provide market analysis and performance benchmarking. Estimate costs for renovations and new business rollouts. Lead real estate components of RFPs and competitive proposals.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including business units, senior management, brokers, and contractors. Manage interactions with architects, engineers, and other industry professionals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
  • Professional certifications (PMP, MCRE, LEED, or similar) are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and professionalism.
  • Proficient in estimating, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Experience in managing and delivering multiple projects, particularly in commercial and critical infrastructure.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse organizational levels.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Compensation:
The estimated starting compensation range is $90,746 - $200,000, with actual pay varying based on background, skills, experience, and work location. Base pay is part of our Total Rewards program, which may include commission payments or discretionary bonuses.
