Job Overview: We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Ulrich Lifestyle Structures, LLC. In this role, you'll engage prospective customers, qualify their needs, and connect them with our expert Designers.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to inbound leads through calls, texts, emails, and walk-ins, actively engaging with prospects, presenting Ulrich's value proposition, and qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities. You'll also need to redirect 'price-first' conversations to focus on client needs and Ulrich's process, transition qualified leads to Designers with thorough notes, and maintain CRM data accurately. The compensation package for this role includes a base salary of $43,000 per year, which can increase up to $71,000 with on-target earnings. Additionally, performance-based bonuses are available, along with benefits such as health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and professional development opportunities. The work location is Fort Worth Retail Store, and the schedule is Monday-Friday (9:30 am - 6:00 pm), Saturdays (8:00 am - 4:00 pm); one weekday off.
