About the Job

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiter to join our team at S&S Activewear LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the hiring pipeline, contacting candidates via phone and e-mail to schedule interviews, updating applicant tracking systems and spreadsheets, and working with hiring managers to schedule interviews according to available timeslots and quotas.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the implementation of staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutionsSource, recruit, screen, and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and nonexempt rolesMaintain accurate candidate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and spreadsheetsProactively seek new avenues to attract candidatesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentSubmit weekly hiring data reportsServe as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing inspiring information about the company and positionPrepare candidates for each step in the hiring process

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

Engage with candidates actively, influencing their decision to pursue a career at S&S Activewear positivelyUnderstand and clearly communicate the needs of hiring managersDemonstrate endurance and resilience by effectively problem-solving through challenges and overcoming obstacles to achieve hiring goals with managerial supportLead recruitment efforts for multiple positions efficiently, meet tight deadlines, and manage hiring demandPossess full-cycle recruitment experience in relevant industry sectorsHave experience supporting hiring needs up to the senior manager levelBring a minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in agency or in-house talent acquisitionHave a working knowledge of employment systems, preferably ADP WorkforceExhibit a strong ability to close deals in a competitive marketBilingual Spanish a plusAdapt effectively to a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environmentWork collaboratively within a team and independently as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, dynamic settingSignificant work activities include continuous sitting for extended periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour day) and extensive keyboard use (50% or more of the workday)

Salary & Benefits

The salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, with additional benefits including vacation time, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short/long-term disability, flexible spending account, 401K with 3% company contribution, discounts on brand name apparel, employee events, and opportunities for advancement.
