Customer Service Rep., Manager

As a Customer Service Rep., Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the daily operations of our customer service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and timely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the customer service team
- Supervise and motivate team members on a daily basis
- Assist with customer communication and resolution of customer issues
- Participate in coverage for team members who are out of the office

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in managing team members in a business environment
- Internal and external customer service experience, aerospace is an asset

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
