Customer Acquisition Expert

- Responsibilities:
- Use a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.
- Requirements:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is preferred.
- A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas is also preferred.
- You should be enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks, recover from unexpected events, and realize their dreams.
- People-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive problem solvers, and able to work in a team environment are essential skills.
- Compensation Package:
- Salary: $60,000 per year.
- Commission/Bonus: Varies based on performance.
